Happiness is...

Grapes on the vine in the garden, grapes with home made youghurt at breakfast,
grapes in an autumn fruit salad in the evening,
and a newly-working dishwasher,
after a month of this:
allowing me to finally deal with the backlog of other housework:
kindly pointed out by Son 1 last night! ("Mummy, this is fantastic - you must take a photo of this for your blog!") At least he thinks it's unusual...

Much more fun to pick and eat grapes than do housework.

I wonder which variety are those juicy grapes!
Isn't it funny when someone of your family point you to something for your blog?! When I started taking pictures for my blog, they thought I was mad!! :)

I simply love the last image! Fantastic!
I must try that in my house;)

Lovely grapes in all forms.
Happy weekend dear Floss.

We sit down for a meal, say Grace, and then someone often says "Do you have to photograph this before we can eat it?"

That 'scissor' picture is a fabulous piece of dust-art though.

Home grown produce doesn't get much better than that! You can always rely on children for their comments!x

We've booked the mini-bus - the UK blogging ladies are coming for lunch ;) Grapes look wonderful - can't imagine how wonderful it would be to be able to pick them & eat them with the sunshine still on them.

Floss! The dust is awesome! And your grapes? Excuse me while I weep in silent desperation for my nonbearing grape vines! :-)

Nice new dishwasher, what a blessing. Dust, hmm, looks like my place. Have a good weekend.

In the interests of the Challenge of the Utmost Kind, I need to point out that it's a newly-mended dishwasher, not actually a new one!!! But it's working brilliantly...

Yay for the dishwasher, just the best invention! Your grapes look stunning and I know exactly what you mean about the children pointing out things for your blog!! Hope all is well with you all. xx

how lovely to have your own grape vine, my grandmother had one in a greenhouse but the roots were outside as she believed this was the best way to grow them! This is a lovely post and has reminded me of my own layers of dust!

How fantastic to have grapes growing in your own garden - not something that's going to happen here no matter how hard I try!

Ha ha bless him.
The grapes are looking good in all the ways you present them. And I have the problem it seems with housework as I cannot see the dust till I put my glasses on and then feek the need to really blitz the house with a damp cloth.
Have a wonderful Sunday

Love your dust picture! I'm sure I could find some of those around our house. Now those grapes look very impressive indeed. Just perfect looking. You'll have to share how you make your yoghurt. We have a yoghurt maker now and I love using it, but I buy sachets and just add water. It's still much nicer than the bought stuff though. Happy eating all that delicious fruit!
