Speaking too soon!

Thanks for your kindness following my last post, and I spoke too soon - my father's doctor called in today to take a blood test and my dad insisted on giving her the knee story. She arranged for Son 1 to have his X-ray tomorrow!

Today he has stayed in and looked at old photos with grandpa, while Son 2 and I have been out and about discovering that I left my new UK pincode in France (clever, clever...) and then using grandpa's money to go shopping at Tesco! Tonight, Son 2 and I will go out to pick up Fish and Chips for the invalids - we always treat ourselves to this most British of takeaways when we arrive in Edinburgh. You are super friends and I will treat you to some nice photos quite soon, I hope!

Enjoy your fish and chips tonight :)

Hope Son1 gets some good NHS treatment tomorrow and hopefully an answer to his problem.

Ooooh, fish and chips. I am looking forward to them too when we go back in a couple of weeks. I do hope Son 1 gets any treatment necessary on his knee very quickly - you never know, they might come up to French standards! Enjoy your visit.

Fish and chips....we always have to have some when we go back.
Hope the X ray will show nothing wrong and they will be able to treat him.

Sounds like things are working out - x ray organised, fish'n'chips...I am still re-arranging those words - you are probably spending less money because you left your bank details in France - "Un PIN" error saves !
