There's even a brave lizard inside, who investigates your beverage of choice. I was also given this lovely magnet by the same artist. Son 2 was feeling lizard-inspired too, and bought me this Chinese hair pin.It matches my hair!We are enjoying the sun as much as the lizard - the boys are in and out of the pool all day, and my washing is drying wonderfully! Don't forget to visit Juanita's giveaway if you haven't already done so!Ben and I are making serious plans now for my real Garden Party. Sunbathing on the Sempervivums
I love lizards, so you can imagine I was delighted to find this one sunbathing on my favourite little plants this afternoon, and even more amazed that she let me run upstairs, grab the camera, and snap several photos of her before dashing off! The love of lizards became something of a theme this Christmas. Son 1 chose me this mug by one of our favourite local craftspeople - we always buy something from the stall at the Christmas Market.

Finally I'm not the last one to comment on your post :D - it got me excited! Your hair pin is just lovely, Floss! I also love lizards and your post really inspired me!! Look out for a little surprise for you one of these days on my blog. Hope all the preparations for the party will go smoothly, I think I should start preparing for the virtual one soon as well.. (still haven't received your package, I start getting really impatient now!!)Have a good evening!
Love that mug! Not sure if I could even touch that hair pin, it looks so real! We had a lizard outside a couple of weeks ago too. We don't often see them as they hide so well.
Aww, just look at that adorable little critter! As soon as the weather warms up, we get them all over our stone walls as well, and we all love watching their antics. The mug is gorgeous, but honestly, girl, doesn't it deserve better than a tea BAG?? It is so pretty, it deserve a proper brew, lovingly prepared in a teapot (teehee, and thats from the girl who doesn't even own a teapot here in England anymore, but I do have one in France).
Your sons have amazingly good taste.
Roflmao, sorry, had to post again, the word verification just now was GLEBITIS, it sounded so much like a very odd disease, it had me in stitches. I was just imagining some conversations - oh dear, I think I have a touch of glebitis today, my skin feels odd. Really? I had glebitis last year, came out in very strange spots all over etc etc
You have been really busy in the week that I was gone! Loved each and every post. Ohhh, the cherry jam...only for that I would crash your garden party. ;) And for the bike bag!
Big hug, Jeannette
What a ham of a lizard:) He was just waiting for you to whip out that camera of yours eh....? I'm just enthralled with all of your lizard inspired goodies! So sweet of your boys to get such artsy gifts... they really do have wonderful taste!
