And that's the end of Colour Week! It's been such fun, and I've met so many interesting and sweet people, and seen so many varied photos. Thanks, Lynn, for the idea. PS This is going on early, because we're off skiing for the day early tomorrow morning! Wish us luck! (skiing in Jaunary, son 2 broke his thumb - he is feeling very cautious now, fortunately).

Was just going to wander off for the evening when I spotted your lovely comment! Thanks so much for visiting me. I just did a new post while you were writing to me. I think I am going to stick with my original choice. I've done a lot of soul searching but I can't make myself like the other school I saw and I've re-read the details on what is supposed to be wrong with the original one and I think the measures being put in place should help. I suppose another positive which I've only just thought of is that if this has put other parents off the class size may be smaller?
I love all your colour pictures. The letter H made me remember with a bang a little trinket box I bought a long time ago with a bird just like that one it and I had totally forgotten about. I must trawl the loft! The treasure from the tin are fab too.
