Don't you know that word?

I'll translate it for you: apparantly, it means "Great Snakes!"

And
"Mille million de mille sabords" translates as "Billions of blue blistering barnacles"!

Or that's what my bilingual
Tintin scholars tell me. They really enjoyed the film.

Billions of blue blistering barnacles?...Ouch! xo
So glad they enjoyed it! :-)
Sounds like an interesting movie.
Do I sense a slight questioning in you on the student's interpretation of the words?

Well, my daughter's going with her class on Monday morning... I'm still really hesitating... I'm very prejudiced as to what the Hollywood industry might have done with our French speaking hero !
Looks a brilliant film, I have only seen a clip, but I like the look of it! More for the visual effects though! Ha ha ha! Suzie xx
