Reality Check
I am not a perfect mother or housewife. There is dog hair under the sofa and the boys eat with their elbows on the table, however much they're nagged. I just assume you'd rather see the pretty stuff!
oh yes how I love an omellete = hubby gets frozen chips out the night before, we chop them up small and fry them to go in our omelettes - my sister in law who is Thai does omelette that blows your head off, packed with really hot chillis that she gets from a specialist importer, very delicious (she also cooks grasshoppers and similar but we won't go into that).

Oh I am all for an omelette!
Cakes too, maybe? :)
And souffle! :D
How lovely to have fresh eggs!

I was going to say souffle also....I just read that fresh eggs have no cholesterol....who knew!
Really? No cholestrol? I was just thinking that was the downside of this fresh-egg diet!
I'd quite happily tuck into all three. Not the whole lot, of course, but a few bites. Everything looks so delicious.
